My husband and I love to cook, and we are willing to experiment with just about anything in the kitchen. It's all about learning as we eat in our house: Learning to like new flavors or textures. Learning the time-saving value of a new tool. Learning the miracle of a new cooking technique.
Learning as I eat has also taught me quite a bit about myself, and the passion that has arisen from my self-discovery, both in the kitchen and in my life, is displayed in my food blog, Creating a Foodie. For almost ten years I wrote about our kitchen experiences, restaurant excursions, thoughts on my food life, and tips and recommendations for anything food-related.
I have decided to give the old girl a rest, mostly due to the fact that I am steering my writing energies in other directions for the moment. The blog will stay up and running; feel free to take a look and browse through the labels. Some of the later recipes are printable for your own recipe collection.
But, for now, I will post any new recipes (and recipes ONLY — no blathering nor ads) on this site under The Feed.
